Welcome, and thank you for visiting our website.
The Guernsey Buddhist Society was founded in 1998. Our practice is that of the Plum Village Zen Community founded by Thich Nhat Hanh.
Buddhists of all schools are welcome at our events, as indeed are people of any faith or no faith.
This section is under construction. Please visit us again.

Quote of the Month
"When we come into contact with the other person, our thoughts and actions shoud express our mind of compassion, even if that person says and does things that are not easy to accept.
We practise in this way until we see clearly that our love is not contingent upon the other person being lovable"
(Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh)
